Flexible Treatment Options for Teens

We offer a range of treatment options to fit your teen’s mental health needs and schedule.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our after-school IOP program allows teens to receive structured therapy while continuing their education and daily activities.

  • Sessions: 3-4 days per week, 4:00–7:00 PM

  • Focus Areas: Emotional regulation, coping skills, social support, and therapy groups

  • Best for: Teens who need structured support but don’t require full-day treatment

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

PHP is a more intensive full-day program for teens who need extra support but don’t require inpatient care.

  • Sessions: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

  • Focus Areas: Deeper therapeutic interventions, skill-building, group therapy, and structured routine

  • Best for: Teens who need higher levels of care to stabilize their mental health

After-School Therapy Interventions

Not every teen needs a full IOP or PHP program. We also offer flexible after-school therapy options, allowing teens to attend sessions based on their individual needs.
