Our programs are designed for teens whose symptoms are affecting school, relationships, emotional stability, or daily functioning and who need more support than one weekly appointment. Treatment may address anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, ADHD, academic stress, technology dependence, and other concerns.
Guide offers an Intensive Outpatient Program that meets Monday through Thursday from 4:00–7:00 PM and a Partial Hospitalization Program that meets Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. Both programs combine group, individual, and family support while allowing teens to continue living at home.
