This 3-hour Saturday workshop teaches teens how to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tools to build resilience, improve focus, and boost confidence in school and life.

Teen Workshop 1: Mastering Emotions & Building Confidence

Give your teen the tools to thrive. In this powerful 2-hour workshop, teens will learn to understand their emotions, handle stress with confidence, and build stronger relationships through practical activities and group connection.

Teen Workshop 2: Replacing Self-Criticism with Confidence

Support your teen in letting go of self-doubt and shame. This interactive workshop teaches practical tools for building self-compassion, resilience, and a stronger sense of worth in a safe, welcoming group.

Teen Workshop 3: Healing from Trauma & Building Resilience

Help your teen understand and begin to heal from trauma. This workshop offers education, grounding exercises, and group support to build emotional strength and move forward with hope.

Teen Workshop 4: Navigating Grief with Strength & Compassion

Teens will learn how to honor and process grief in healthy ways, while building coping tools to carry loss with resilience and meaning, in a supportive group of peers.

Teen Workshop 5: Managing Anxiety, Depression & Moods

Give your teen effective tools to manage anxiety, depression, and mood swings. This session teaches practical skills to improve daily emotional health and build hope for the future.

Teen Workshop 6: Communication Skills & Setting Boundaries

Teens will learn to communicate confidently, handle conflict calmly, and set healthy boundaries to protect their peace and build respectful, strong relationships.
