We support teens dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and substance use. We also provide help for bipolar disorder and technology-related challenges like phone addiction, video game dependency, and AI chatbot relationships. Our programs are designed to help teens build resilience, find balance, and reconnect with the world around them. Visit Treatment Options to see how we can support your teen’s mental health journey.

Absolutely. We understand that teens have busy lives, and we’re here to support them without disrupting their routines. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers therapy after school, while our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides more intensive daytime care. We also offer flexible after-school sessions for teens who need a lighter schedule. Our goal is to help your teen heal while keeping life as normal as possible.
