Who We Support
Guide Behavioral Health provides outpatient treatment for teens ages 12–17 who need more support than weekly therapy while remaining connected to home, school, and family life.
Programs
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Monday–Thursday, 4:00–7:00 PM
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Both programs include individual, group, and family support, and teens return home each day.

What Happens After a Referral
Initial Outreach
Our admissions team connects with the family to learn more about their concerns and answer questions about our programs.
Insurance & Clinical Review
We review insurance benefits when applicable and gather information to determine whether Guide may be an appropriate fit.
Recommendations & Next Steps
Our clinical team reviews each referral and recommends the most appropriate level of care based on the teen's needs.
Begin Treatment
If Guide is the right fit, families receive support through enrollment, scheduling, and treatment planning so care can begin as smoothly as possible.
