You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone
At Guide Behavioral Health, we know every teen’s experience is different—and it’s not always clear what kind of support they need.
We work closely with families to understand what’s going on and help teens feel more grounded, supported, and able to move forward.
Whether your teen is feeling anxious, overwhelmed, shut down, or struggling with big emotions, we provide a calm, structured space where they can open up, build coping skills, and reconnect with themselves and their family.
You don’t need to have all the answers before reaching out. We’ll help you understand what your teen needs and how to move forward.
Our Teen Treatment Programs
We offer structured outpatient mental health programs for teens ages 12–17 in Menlo Park, with options that fit around school and daily life.
After-School Support (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) meets Monday through Thursday from 4–7 PM, giving teens consistent therapeutic support while staying connected to school and home.
Flexible After-School Support (Flex IOP)
For teens who need support but can’t attend four days per week, Flex IOP offers a lighter schedule with the same evidence-based care and peer support.
Daytime Support (PHP)
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) meets Monday through Friday from 10 AM–3 PM and provides more structured daytime support for teens who need a higher level of care or more intensive daily support.
Each program helps teens build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and feel more confident moving forward.
