Set your teen up for success with this powerful 6-week workshop series focused on emotional resilience, confidence, and academic life skills. Each session builds on the last, using evidence-based tools from CBT and DBT to help teens:
Build self-confidence and assertiveness
Manage academic pressure and performance anxiety
Strengthen communication and peer relationships
Develop emotional regulation strategies
Boost executive functioning and focus
Learn goal-setting and resilience strategies for long-term growth
